Refund & Returns Policy

1.  Our commitment

We want every B Original product to feel right on your skin. If something is wrong — damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered — we will make it right. This policy explains what qualifies for a return, how to raise one, and how your refund is processed.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all seals intact (except for damage/defect claims). Returns are not accepted without prior written approval from our support team.

 

For skin reactions: we take these seriously and review them individually. Please contact us with a description of the reaction, date of first use, and any supporting photos. We may ask for a patch-test report in some cases.

 

3.  How to raise a return request

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

 

1.  Email care@boriginal.in with your order number and reason for return. For damage or defect claims, attach a clear photo or short video of the issue.

2.  Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with approval status and reverse pickup instructions if applicable.

3.  Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Our logistics partner will schedule a free reverse pickup (for eligible claims). Do not self-ship without prior confirmation.

4.  Once the return reaches our warehouse and passes quality check (QC), your refund or replacement is processed within the timelines below.

 

We do not accept walk-in returns. All returns must be arranged through our support team via email.

 

4.  Refund timelines & modes

Refunds are processed after the returned item clears our quality check. Processing times below are from the date of QC clearance.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or a fulfilment error on our part. COD handling fees are non-refundable in all cases.

 

5.  Cancellations

Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled by contacting care@boriginal.in. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

 

After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Please refuse delivery at the door and contact us — we will treat it as a return and process accordingly.

 

6.  Replacement policy

For eligible damage or wrong-product cases, we will dispatch a replacement unit within 2–3 business days of QC clearance. Replacement units are subject to stock availability. If the exact product is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit instead.

 

7.  Missing or lost shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days past the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate with our logistics partner and either re-ship or issue a full refund.

 

B Original is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
