Shipping Policy

Effective from launch  ·  For all orders placed on boriginal.in

1.  Overview

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For prepaid orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies. Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders carry a nominal handling fee of ₹40 in addition to applicable shipping charges.

2.  Delivery timelines & charges

The table below outlines estimated delivery windows and applicable charges by order type. All timelines are in business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

3.  Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of successful payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3 pm IST or on Sundays/public holidays will be picked up by our logistics partner on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

a.  An SMS to your registered mobile number with the tracking ID and carrier name.

b.  An email confirmation with a live tracking link.

c.  A WhatsApp update (if you have opted in to notifications).

4.  Pincode availability

COD availability and express shipping options depend on your delivery pincode and the logistics partner servicing your area. At checkout, you will be shown the options available for your specific pincode.

5.  Shipping address

Please ensure your shipping address — including flat/house number, street, landmark, city, state, and pincode — is accurate and complete before placing your order. B Original is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Address changes after order placement cannot be guaranteed. Please contact care@boriginal.in immediately if you need to update your address and the order has not yet been dispatched.

6.  Packaging

All B Original products are packed in tamper-evident, eco-conscious packaging. If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

7.  International shipping

International shipping is not available at launch. We are working to extend delivery to select international locations in a future phase. Please check boriginal.in for updates.
